Income Guidelines

In order to submit an application, please provide the following:


  • All applications fees and deposits are only payable by money order.
    • $100 non-refundable application fee per adult, $150 Per Married Couple.
    • Applicable deposit $500 up to (1) month's rent
  • Valid state issued ID and Social Security card (not laminated) for each adult.
  • Birth Certificate and Social Security Card (not laminated) for each child.
  • Proof of income dated within 60 days.
    • If applicable, the applicant must provide 1 year of employment history.

      • Position
      • Supervisor's name and number
      • Dates of employment
  • Other Income
    • Social Security/ Disability Award Letter
    • Unemployment Award Letter
    • Child Support Court Order/ Divorce Decree
