Maintenance

The unit will be cleaned, painted and the flooring will be installed. If you need any special accomodiations, please let me know.

No, you don't have to be present, we have access to your unit.

Onsite maintenance is here from 8 to 5, but if an emergency should arise, we have an emergency phone 24 hours

Our parking lot is restricted, you have the right to two (2) parcking spaces, one will be numbered

Yes, with some restrictions. Limit of two pets and no more than 35 pounds each and a fee of $500, rent is $30. We also need copy of shoots and a picture of pet

Refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. We have dryer and washer's hook up

You could log in to Rent Café and pay there with a debit card or use the WHIPS account

To break a lease, you would have to give us at least 30 days notice and pay two months rent, the deposit will be return if the unit is in good conditions

You will have to contact Tampa Electric and Suburban Propane. We will provide those numbers to you.

We pay for water, sewer, garbage and pest control

We are located South of State Rd 674. If you coming South take exit 240 to Wimauma. If you are coming from the North I-75 exit 240A
